Managing agent groups

You can also manage agent groups by clicking on "Groups".

Click on the "Actions" icons to modify agent groups.

By clicking on the "Edit" icon, you can change the information and authorizations linked to the various agent groups.

Then click on "Edit".

By clicking on the "Button" icon, you can modify the actions that the agent group will be able to perform.

Then check the buttons to which the agent group will have access, and click "Finish".
