Greenplayer is not responsible for the Content you display on your screens or make available on our Cloud Library.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of its distribution. Greenplayer does not endorse any Content, or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and Greenplayer expressly disclaims any and all liability for such Content.

You represent and warrant that you have (and will continue to have while using the Service) all necessary rights, licenses, consents and permissions to allow Greenplayer to use your Content for the purpose of providing the Service and generally as contemplated by these Terms and the Service.

You agree not to upload or distribute any Content that you are not legally permitted to have in your country of residence or that Greenplayer may not legally use or have in order to provide the Service.

You agree not to submit to the Service any Content in which third parties have rights (including proprietary rights, privacy rights and image rights), unless you have obtained the express permission of the third party to distribute the data in question.

If notified of a possible violation of these Terms, Greenplayer reserves the right (but not the obligation) to determine whether Content meets the requirements specified in these Terms and may remove any Content that violates these Terms, and/or to terminate a user's access to the Service based on the submission of such Content, at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion. You also acknowledge that, by simply using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent or otherwise negative. As a host, Greenplayer shall not be liable for the dissemination of such Content.

If any of your copyrighted work has been posted on Greenplayer without your permission, you may contact us by email at info@greenplayer. com for infringement. Before sending it, please make sure that your case does not fall under an exception to copyright protection such as use permitted by law, fair use or otherwise. Such a request can only be made by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
