The list of pending tickets

To the right of the current maintenance details column is a list of pending tickets.

For each ticket, it shows :

• Ticket number

• Department

• Waiting room

• Consultation time (only if given)

• Waiting time

• A button to call the visitor: If you wish to call a visitor other than the one at the top of your queue, you can call via this button.
