Add the user as a room delegate
To configure and use "Teams Rooms", a "Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic" license is sufficient.

The license and rooms are visible directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center, under the "Resources" tab.

Finally, you need to add the user who will be used to sign in to Meeting as a room delegate. Without this, the events for these rooms will not appear in Meeting.
To do this, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center and open Room and equipment, then click the room to which you want to add a delegate. On the page that opens, under the Delegates section, click Edit to add a delegate.
